Pop up keeps me from reconciling. how do i get it off

When you get the pop-up box, you just have to click on the x button to completely get it off.

In case the pop-up box will show up again, you can perform basic troubleshooting on your browser. First, clear the cache and cookies. Then log back in using a private browser. Here are the shortcut keys to open a private browser.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
