Print bank statement and images of transactions

Hi

I want to replace the manual process of creating a bank statement report with a digital image/copy of each related invoice or deposit for a client with a small (10-30) number of monthly transactions.

 

Is it possible to run the bank reconciliation report and show the related attached images? If not through QBO, is there a third party app or other workaround?

Welcome to the Community space, @Sammarks.

 

Running a bank reconciliation report that shows related images is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. With that said, I'd recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

I can show you how to get your monthly statement, @Leidiggroup. 

 

You can go to your account register to get all your transactions or monthly statement. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you want to get statements from. In the Action column, click on View register.
  3. Select the Filter icon, then set the date. 
  4. Click on Apply.

 

From here, you can export the data to excel.
