Print summary of all bank deposits.

Hello,

I am wanting to print a list of my bank deposits from Quickbooks Online, which shows the deposited amount, date, and invoices included in that deposit.

I have seen these instructions given here, but when going to +New - Bank deposit, it just brings up a window to create a new deposit. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/banking/set-print-deposit-slips/L3Wta2rEr_US_en_US

I do not need to create a new deposit slip, but would rather print all my previous deposits.

If I go to Sales - Deposits, I do see the list of them there (you have to touch the drop down arrow to expand each of them), and that is what I need printed. Each deposit, expanded so show the amount, date, and invoices included in that deposit. But I do not see a way to print this list. (and I cannot just go to file - print, because they are on a scroll list.)

Thanks for any help!

Hello there, @KCLAB123. Welcome to QuickBooks Community! I'm very eager to share some workarounds and information so you’ll be able to print your summary of bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

In response to your query, you can print a list of bank deposit transactions from its register. We can filter it to show deposits.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Accounting and choose Chart of Account.

  2. Choose the specific bank account and tap View register.

  3. Filter Transaction Type to Deposit and click Apply.

  4. Click the Print icon.
  5. You can edit some details and click Print when done.

From there, you’ll be able to print the summary of your bank deposits.

Furthermore, you can also run reports in QuickBooks Online to give you a snapshot of your business. There are dozens of reports that tell you about different aspects of your business.

If in case you need help to balance your accounts? Here's the link you can check: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
