Let me help you out by checking your reconciled transactions by generating a report to know that the transactions differ from your general ledger, @jscanlon44.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Accounting
  2. Select the Reconcile tab.
  3. Click the History by account link.
  4. Look for the Account and Report period.
  5. Open the year with the statement ending date.
  6. Click View report

Furthermore, if you need to undo or remove your transactions from reconciliations.

Here's how.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Chart of accounts
  2. Find the account that has the reconciled transaction. Then select View register.
  3. Find the transaction. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R” in the checkmark ✔ column.
  4. Choose the transaction to expand the view.
  5. In the checkmark ✔ column, select the box with the “R” until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Close the account register.

To undo all your reconciled bank transactions at once in QuickBooks Online, contact your accountant for assistance. If you don't have an accountant, you can find one in this article. Find a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
