QB disconnected bank sync - UN and PW are correct and confirmed

QB online has disconnected with my bank stating the log in credentials are not correct.  I have logged in several times and confirmed the UN and PW are in fact correct.  Any suggestions?

In QuickBooks Online, all data of your transaction, including the connection of your bank is based on the information provided by your financial institution. With this, I'd recommend contacting the Technical Support of your bank.

 

With their tools, one of the specialists can disconnect your bank account from the existing QuickBooks connection. This way, you can start a fresh integration and get back to working with your online banking transactions.
