Hello there, Michael. It seems that the deposit on hold affects your business productivity. Know that this is not the experience that we want you to have. Let me provide insight into this concern.

QuickBooks holds your funds to review your transactions for security. In this case, you'll receive a notification at the email address you used to sign in to the Merchant Service Center. I suggest performing the given steps to fix the issue.

Moreover, I recommend contacting our support to receive any updates or emails. They have all the necessary tools to assist you with your concerns.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the upper right corner of your screen, click on Help (?).
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Start entering your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Please choose a way to connect with us:
  • Ask the community to seek ideas and information from businesses like yours.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.

You can read this article to know more about funds on hold: Why are my funds on hold?

On the other hand, I'll leave these links for additional information with payment deposits:

Reply in the thread for any questions about your funds on hold. I'll get back to you. Have a good one!

I have spoken to quickbooks multiple times.  This response is useless and just a cut and paste job. How does quickbooks remain in business?  Absolute worst customer service I'v ever experienced
