Let's do some troubleshooting to help you recover your reconciliation history in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Embry. I'll lay out the details below.

Since you've mentioned that no changes were made to your account, we can perform browser troubleshooting to determine if accumulated caches and cookies could be affecting the reconciliation history data in your QBO, which can lead to missing data or incorrect financial reports, affecting your ability to track and manage your financial records accurately.

First, let's use a private browser because it doesn't store cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts we can use depending on the browser you're using:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl Shift P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl Shift N
  • For Safari, hold down Command Shift N

If using a private browser resolves the issue, proceed to clear the cache in your regular browser. This removes stored data that could be affecting how pages are displayed. Otherwise, we can use a different supported browser besides the one you regularly use.

While you've mentioned that no changes were made in your QBO, we can double-check and view your Audit Log to ensure, it's possible that a different user could have made changes that resulted in the missing reconciliation data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. From the Events dropdown, select Reconciliations.
  4. Review the log for any changes or deletions related to reconciliations.

For more details about the process, refer to this article: How to view details for missing reconciliation reports or reconciled transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, I'll provide this resource for guidance on how you can print or export your reconciliation report in QBO: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?

Feel free to go back to this thread if you have other questions or anything related to reconciliation in QuickBooks Online. I'm just around to continue lending a hand.
