Welcome to the Community space, adam.

I'm here to help you find your transactions from the past two weeks and help you categorize them.

The possible reason why you didn't see the transaction in the For review tab is that there's a limit on how many transactions can be seen. So let's sort the date last two weeks to check if there's a transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transaction, and select Bank transactions.
  2. Under the For review tab, click All dates drop-down.
  3. Filter the date last two weeks.

If you've found the transaction, we can now categorize it. But, if you didn't see those transactions, we can check if any Rules may have auto-matched the transactions. Here's how to do it:

  1. At the left navigation panel, select Transactions.
  2. Click Rules.

If there are rules it means that the transaction you looking for is auto-match. If you want to delete the rules, you can delete them by clicking the Edit drop-down arrow and Delete.

If you have other concerns besides your transaction in QuickBooks Online, please don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. Stay safe!

Thanks but I'm still not seeing anything since Jan 8 24. I have some rules setup but when I got to the Categorized tab the most recent transactions are from the 8th. I've had multiple transactions since then. I click update and refresh and it says it synced with my bank "moments ago".

Thanks for going back to this thread, Adam.

Let me share helpful insights to successfully categorize your QuickBooks Online (QBO) transactions.

Most banks will be able to download transactions within 90 days. If your transaction didn't show up with the latest one, you'll need to manually upload the missing transactions.

Here's how:

  1. In the left panel, locate Transactions, then Bank transactions
  2. Select the correct account and press Update.
  3. Once done, check if the transactions are already there.

This updates your connected banks in QBO. If the problem persists, I'd recommend checking this article for your reference in synchronizing your bank account in QBO: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I've added this helpful article for you to check if your transactions always match with the bank and credit card: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to reply to this thread should you need additional assistance in banking transactions and any QBO-related matters. Take care.
