QBs Not Connecting happens All Too Often. What is the Issue??

Have you tried opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser?

Same issue here, only way for me to connect is to reboot about 4 to 5 times.  After 45 minutes with QBO support and following all his ideas and no luck, he was told it is a systems issue since many customers are having same issue and that engineers are working on a fix!! That was 3 days ago!  And once I do finally connect, it also will stop connecting throughout the day, extremely poor with year-end coming! And please don't give me other "suggestions", if your company admits there is an issue than those engineers need to get it done asap!

Also, since this has been a recurring issue in your company file, we wanted to make sure our engineers will look into this. We recommend contacting our Support Team directly to report this issue. They have specialized tools to check your company file and see why you're getting this unexpected behavior.

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom, click on Contact Us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management, and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose your contact option.
  6. When using the chat option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you shortly after.
