QB online balance only shows "n/a"and "only displayed with date/reconcile status sort"

I've tried jiggering with the Sort function as suggested in other posts - but nothing changes - Any one else have this problem? (I  just upgraded my Mac to sequoia 15.01 - could that be it?)
