Question

QB online has our money withheld for 6 months. All was cleared. We cant ge them to transfer the funds!!! Everyday they say they will but no transfer. Who do we go to?

WE spend hours onchats and phone - always concluding it will be escalated - and funds should be transfereed within 24 to 48 hours. It is not happenning. WE had two cases closed, apparently because the fund transfer was authorized. But never happened. Is there a way to talk at a different level to get this resolved? It is our working capital.

Another day gone a no solution, and no communucation.

I called again and wait for hours - at the end - "WE will escalate to the Risk" department".

Once again no solution and the support team has NO CLUE - and they dont let me talk to soeone who does. 

There is not even a queue to wait in - nothing - just hope that someone one days feels like sending us our money. Very dissapointed. There must be someone, sowewhere in QB that can tackle a customer complaint and find an answer for it.

  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
