QB SE has not synced with my Etsy account since Mar 15. Anyone else having this issue? How do I fix this?

I can help you bring those transactions into QBSE, cdlar0401.

 

When you connect an account to QuickBooks, the system downloads the data for the last 90 days. We can try refreshing your Etsy connection to fix this. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. Tap the Refresh all button.

If the same thing happens, let's try opening your QBSE account using an incognito window to check if this may be caused by a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P  

If it works, go back to your main browser and clear its cache. As an alternative, you can also use another supported browser.

 

If the transactions are still not showing up, you'll want to check with Etsy if they have technical issues or undergoing maintenance.

 

Also, we can bring in transactions by manually adding them in QBSE.
