You can export the report to an Excel file. Then, customize it to show only the general information of the deposit. I'm here to guide you through the steps.

When running reports, the system will drill down the account to show the transaction history. To get a one-line report of the bank deposit, you can export it. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu. 
2. Click Banking and then select Deposit Detail.
3. Click the Excel button.
4. Select Create New Worksheet
