QBDT 2024 bank feeds not working since upgrade to 2024

• Back up your company file and match any pending downloaded transactions. 
• Log in to your bank's website outside QuickBooks to check for any pending alerts.
• Ensure you have internet access and the Windows firewall isn't blocking QuickBooks' connection.
• Check if you encounter the error in Bank Feeds Classic Mode. If not, it means that the file from your bank works best in Classic Mode.

To check if there are issues with your bank's servers, download your transactions in a test company file:

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop, hover over the File menu.
2. Select New Company. Choose Express Start or Start Setup.
3. Set up Bank Feeds for the account you have a problem with. Download your transactions.

If you see the error, there could be a problem with your bank. Reach out to your financial institution, then give them a copy of your Bank Feeds logs.

Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Did you encounter any error message?

I upgraded from QB Desktop Pro 2021 to 2024 and since then, none of my downloads work in any of my company files.  I go to a financial institution, create a qbo file.  It is downloaded onto my desktop, I open the QB file it pertains to - go to downloads and choose the qbo file.  I get an error message that states I need to open the file related to the download.  I have. I am in that file and it refuses to recognize it and I am stuck.

I've deleted online access, reinstate it, did all the utility options, etc.  Nothing works.  

Is there a solution or has Intuit disabled qbo file imports to push us to their more expensive and less robust online products?
