The QBO file has consecutive deposits for the same amount. Only the first one is imported. The deposits are not from the same day. All other transactions are imported properly.

Is this a know problem? It happens often. Is there a fix?

Let's make sure we'll be able to fix any importing issues, tobtob.

We didn't receive reports pertaining to importing. To make sure we're on the same page, do you mean you also have issues with the consecutive deposits that are appearing in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? The Merchant Service Center keeps a complete record of your payment activity from all of your QuickBooks products. You can check the status of processed payments from QBO. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Get paid & pay and select Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

If you think, some of the deposits that are appearing are duplicates and shouldn't be there, it's possible they were manually uploaded, at the same time QuickBooks also downloaded the transactions on the Banking page. You'll want to exclude them to correct your records

At the same time, if the deposit transactions are supposed to be in your bank and there shouldn't be an issue with your data, I've added an article so you'll know when QuickBooks deposits payments: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Customer Payments

On the other hand, if the issue lies in the importing process, you'll have to make sure that you're using the latest version of QuickBooks to prevent issues that arises. Furthermore, in order for you to know the data from your company file, you'll have to run a report so you'll be guided based on the information you need. Please read this article: Understand Reports
