Nice to meet you, @rmdentlab584-gma. I'm here to share some information about your concern and make sure to get the resolution you need.

The first few payments for new QuickBooks Payments users take longer to process since we have to set everything up. Deposit times vary depending on the type of payment you're making and the product you're using.

To find out how long it takes to get payments you process in each product.

Here's how:

Step 1: Check the deposit speed for your product

  1. Go to the Gear icon then Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Check the Deposit Speed section.

Step 2: Check the status of deposits and specific customer payments.

You may monitor the status of processed payments via QuickBooks Online if you process payments there. Go to the Merchant Service Center for all other products.

Step 3: Reach out to your bank.

Also know that some banks keep funds even after they've been deposited. If your bank requires further action, you'll need to work with them at this stage.
