Quick books refuses to add my bank so I can connect my business account.

I have made countless calls, emails, and requested to speak to a manager. No answer as to why I can't set up my bank account. Have spoke with the bank and they're saying it's on quickbooks end. Been fighting this for 6 months and don't have answers.

Let's send a request to add your bank account in QuickBooks Online, jsmith.

If your bank isn’t supported yet in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may send us a request to add it to our list of supported banks. The process of integrating a new bank feed may take some time. Our product engineering team will consider the number of requests and the approval of the bank itself.

Here’s how to request support for your bank:

Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
Click on the Link Account.
Search for the name of your financial institution.
Select the Request support for your bank link and enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

In the meantime, you can add your bank transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account.
