Quick books self employed isn't downloading transactions form my bank.

Ive tried to refresh but no luck. No download for 5 days

Let’s get this issue resolved for you, @misodustin-gmail. I’m here to help so you’ll be able to manage your downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).


Before anything else, can you share the name of your bank with me? This way, I can check here on my end if there’s a similar issue reported.


Since you’ve already clicked the Refresh button to no avail, it would be best to visit your bank's website or contact your bank to check if there’s ongoing system maintenance or updates. Please know that any changes made from your bank affect your QuickBooks connection too.


In the meantime, you may consider importing your bank transactions manually to QBSE. You can follow these steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
  2. Click Import transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  4. Select Import.

Once uploaded, you can use this information to categorize your transactions. Keeping your transactions organized helps you to understand your earning, spending and helps track your budgets.
