I'm unable to connect to my Bank of America Bank accounts to feed my Quickbooks Check register. I've followed all the instructions but nothing is happening.

Did you receive a specific error message? Any additional information will help me check if there are reported issues and the correct steps in resolving the issue. 

 

To connect an account, ensure that you have access to the internet and the bank account or type of account support QuickBooks Desktop. To install the new features and fixes within the system, you can update QuickBooks to the latest release. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click Help and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab and check the Reset Updates box.
  3. Click Get Updates.
  4. Once the update is done, you can close and reopen the company file.
