Quickbook online payroll: I cannot download the payment transactions for the previous month.

Thank you for bringing this concern here in the Community. I am here to help you carry over the tax payment to QuickBooks. When transitioning from Intuit to QuickBooks, it could be the tax payment transaction was not successfully exported. I suggest exporting the data to excel. Then you can manually import it to QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to the company file as an admin.
2. Click the Gear icon, then select Import.
3. Pick the appropriate file and follow the onscreen steps.

However, if you referring tax payment transactions from your bank. You'll want to manually upload them to QBO. For more details, please read this helpful article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. 

If the same thing happens, I suggest reaching out to our Customer support team. They have the tools to pull up your account and examine what causes the data unsuccessfully transfer into QuickBooks.
