Quickbooks Cash

I am utterly disappointed with Quickbooks right now, I have spent over two and a half hours with customer support and talked to six representatives and I have been helped in no way. I simply want to change the name and mailing address connected to my Quickbooks Cash account. If anyone has info on how to help me with that it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The QuickBooks Cash and QuickBooks Payments are connected. Thus, we can update your name and mailing address through the QuickBooks Payments page. Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Payment account.
  2. Select Account and then choose Account Profile.
  3. Go to the Contact information section.
  4. Select Edit, then after making changes, select Submit.
