QuickBooks Cash Account - Mobile Check Deposit still not a thing?

Hello, I do not understand how mobile check depositing is not a thing yet. I have seen numerous threads about it and I even noticed in the application that there is a coming soon or beta designation for mobile check depositing. Do we have an ETA on when this feature is going to be released? Checks are a crucial part of my business and not being able to deposit them is proving to be an issue. If I end up switching to a bank account I'll be able to deposit the checks, and I don't think I'd look back at the cash account. I'd much rather use the cash account but without this feature it is crippling.

I recognize how relevant adding the feature for mobile check depositing to your business is. Currently, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Also, we're unable to provide a specific timeframe when the new update will be available. 

 

At times, we roll out enhancements based on our customer's requests. That being said, I suggest sending a recommendation to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  3. Select Feedback.
  4. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
  5. Choose Next to submit feedback.
