It will take a few steps, Becnic64. Let me share the process on how you can transfer the money from the cash account to your bank account.

First, you'll have to link your bank account. This way, you can transfer money from your QuickBooks cash account. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow tab, then click Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
  2. Select Transfer in. We won't be transferring money yet. We just have to start the connection.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Enter the bank's name, then select a type in the Account Type field.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter your info in the Account number and Routing number fields, then click Next.
  7. Click Sounds good.

Once it's connected, you'll receive two small deposits to the account within three days. Next, you'll get a confirmation email. Then, you'll have to log in to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.

When it's set up, you can now transfer the money from the cash account to your bank account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow tab, then click Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
  2. Select Transfer out
  3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
  4. In the To field, click (+), then select your connected bank account.
  5. Enter the amount you want to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
  6. Click Finalize transfer.

Let me include this article for more details: Use your QuickBooks Cash account.
