QuickBooks Checking Account issues with unauthorized charges what are the possible and best ways to handle said known charges?

Just was going through my statement and noticed a couple charges not authorized or even performed by neat a gas station.  2 of the same amounts of $75 ea.  I don't have diesel truck so that's outta the question as to why Soo much was spent at a 711 gas station.  Mind you my original fuel purchase of $37 is also on there..so what gives maan?
