Quickbooks checking doesn't verify checking account

So far, Quickbooks Checking has been an absolute nightmare.  Now I have a payment from a client that has to be put into trust.  QB Banking keeps saying it needs to "verify" the account already linked to my QB account, by sending small deposits.  The deposits never arrive.  

Anyone else having trouble with their Quickbooks Checking?  I absolutely hate it and wish I'd never signed up for it.
