QuickBooks Checking Mobile Deposit

When will the mobile check deposit feature be rolled out to all customers with  a QuickBooks checking account?

I have seen articles from as far back as December 2021 saying it will be available “in the coming weeks”.

I have spoken to Intuit help through chat, as well as via phone and also a Green Dot bank representative. No one has been able to help get this feature enabled even though they have confirmed I meet the eligibility requirements.
I have scoured the topics online and no one seems to be able to answer this question other than to share where it would show up in the QuickBooks app if it were enabled. 
The search for answers on this has been dragging for weeks now. Someone at Intuit must have some idea of when this feature will be available to all QuickBooks Checking customers.

It’s very frustrating that I had to open a 2nd business checking account with Wells Fargo to deposit my client checks through mobile since this feature has not been made available even months later and there is literally no way to deposit a physical check with QuickBooks Checking at this point.

The mobile check deposit option is currently available as beta feature in QuickBooks Online mobile version. There is no exact time frame as to when will this feature be rolled out to all mobile versions of QBO.

Hi Charles - Thank you for your response, but unfortunately no, this is not helpful.  I cannot believe that back in December Intuit releaseed an article that said the mobile check deposit would be available "in the coming weeks" and now we are 4 months later and still no one can let me know when this feature will be made avaiable to me.  This is just an unaccaptable customer experience and it was dishonest of Intuit to say it would be avaible in the coming weeks and then provide no official information since then on the timing of the release of this feature to its customers.

I hear your sentiments, @jencap. I'd be glad to provide information to help you sort this issue about mobile check deposit in QuickBooks Online.  

 

In the meantime, we don’t have the exact time when can this feature be available in QBO. 

 

I do think this would be a great time to send this suggestion to our Product Development Team. We value your suggestions. This way, our developers can determine what features to add in QBO's future enhancements. Here’s how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Scroll down until the Help section, then click Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions.
  4. Select Send feedback.
