Question

Quickbooks is not downloading from the bank again. It just states loading and states Something's not quite right. I've tried muliple times.

Let me help you manage your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

For most banks, QuickBooks downloads transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Keep in mind that this schedule may vary. 

 

Therefore, we can manually update your transactions as this refreshes all your connected bank and credit card accounts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigational panel, look for Transactions.
  2. Select Bank Transactions.
  3. Click on Update.

 

I also suggest checking your bank or credit card's website to see if the issue is on the their end.
