Hi there, @lktauzin. I can help you with handling the $20 late fee charge showing on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

The late charge might have been added to QBO manually. You can review the Audit Log report to see the QuickBooks' activities and check how it's entered into the system.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Filter.
  2. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  3. Select Apply.
  4. Review the activities from the list.

The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history. This tells you who made the change and what they did.

If this is an unwanted entry that needs to be excluded from your record, you can delete the transaction following these steps:

  1. Open the late fee charge.
  2. Tap on the More button, then click Delete.
  3. Select Yes to confirm the action.

Check out this link for more hints about voiding or deleting invoices, expenses, and other transactions in QuickBooks: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you have pending transactions from the For Review tab, you can match, categorize, and add them into QuickBooks. You can open this article as your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can proceed with your reconciliation to keep track of your accounts and balances.

Let me know if you have any other follow-up questions about the late charge showing up on your account. I'll be right here to help. Keep safe!
