Quickbooks on line was terminated a couple months ago. There should be no charge time for that service.

I recommend contacting our Live Support Team if you're still receiving charges after canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. They have the necessary tools to review your account and determine the underlying cause of your billing issue. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. On your QBO account, click on Help (?).
  2. Type in your concern. Hit the Let's Talk option.
  3. Choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Select Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.
