Quickbooks online bank transaction page

I am not sure if there was an update, but I can no longer see the balances in my bank account or credit card account on the main 'Transactions - Banking' page.  It used to show the bank balance and QB balance.  Now there is nothing.  I have to click on the register to see what the balances are. This is not very user friendly. Is there a way to get that feature back? 

I have Quickbooks Plus and Premium Payroll accounts (if that info is needed).

Hello there, @swstarling.

 

You may be seeing this in Accountant View and will want to switch it to Business View. Once you switch back you'll see the In Quickbooks balance again. Here's how you'll switch views:

  1. Select Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Switch to Business view or Switch to Accountant view.
