Quickbooks online duplicating my transactions. Need help fixing bug issues

Hello, i have quickbooks online, and there is a bug in my system that was duplicating multiple transactions which has messed up my reporting for EOY. Quickbooks wants me to signup for something thats 3 months of technical support and it costs approx $600. is there any other way to fox this? since its a cloud software, i have a hard time paying for 3 months of services to fix a problem that shouldn't have occurred.

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to load the pages faster. At times, these accumulated files become corrupted causing strange behaviors in the program. To rule this out, you can try accessing your QuickBooks company in a private window. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

If the duplicates are now gone, go back to their regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and improve your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
