QuickBooks Online link to First Horizon Bank keeps looping between Error 185 and Error 10s5 on Safari

Bank error 185 means your bank requires more information after entering the account's credentials. It can also mean your financial institution has additional security requirements, such as a security question or one-time passcode for you to address.

To fix this error:
 

• Security questions - If the financial institution asks you a security question, enter your answer. You may see this error again next time you update if you have multiple security questions in place. While entering your answers, QuickBooks remembers the security questions you've been asked and answers them for you. In the event you don't see a security question display, you may need to try another browser, or disable your current browser's pop-up blocker.
   
• One-time password - If the bank asks for a one-time password, obtain it on a device, through text, phone call, or etc., then enter it each time you see Error 185.
