I'm here to help you link the deposits to invoices and remove duplicate transactions so you can reconcile, @nursepopins-gmai.

To prevent both transactions from appearing on the reconciliation window, you must ensure that the deposit is linked to the appropriate invoice. You can do this by going through each transaction one at a time. To identify transactions not connected to deposits, sort them by clicking the Payment and Deposit column.

You can also exclude and delete the duplicate transaction on the Banking page. I'll show you the way how to do that:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select the bank with a duplicate transaction.
  2. Locate the transaction, click the box beside it and select Exclude.
  3. In the Excluded section, locate the transaction, and check the box.
  4. Select Delete.

To confirm reconciliation period, also double-check that you've filtered the correct Reset Statement ending date.
