Quickbooks will not connect to my Credit Union's Business Account Login

I have recently setup my Quickbooks accounts for my small business. I am attempting to setup my connection to my bank (Vibrant Credit Union) and it is listed as an option. The problem is that the link Quickbooks is trying to connect to is to their personal banking segment, not their secure business login. I need Quickbooks to add the Business segment so I can begin using the service I am paying for.

Any help in getting this expedited would be appreciated, I've tried contacting customer support but they just state it is out of their control. I have done the correct steps and read all forums but none are helpful. Please provide the connection to the business login page, not the personal page for Vibrant Credit Union. Thank you.

I appreciate the inputs you've provided above, @KaraYTB. I can help connect your Vibrant Credit Union account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can manage your transactions accordingly.

When connecting an account to the online banking feature in QBO, I suggest searching your financial institution using its website or URL to link. If you've tried all the options matching the Vibrant Credit Union and URL (Business Banking) and still can't connect, you'll want yo request support from them.

Here's how:

  1. On the Connect your bank or credit card to bring in your transactions page, enter your bank (i.e., name or URL).
  2. Scroll down to see the message Still can't find your bank and click it.

  3. Enter your bank details in the field provided.
  4. Hit Request.

Then, manually upload your transactions. This way, you can keep your account updated and monitor your data.

Once done, you'll have to review and match your transactions to the existing entries in QuickBooks: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Also, I'd recommend reconciling your account every month. It's to monitor your income and expenses: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comments if you have other banking concerns. I'm always around to help. Take care.
