Quikbooks

I recently upgraded from QBSelf employed to QB Online.  In the transfer I lost all my previous years worth of transaction history (All of 2020) from my bank accounts. Ive tried to re-sync the bank but I only get transactions from the date of my upgrade till now.. How do i get all my previous transactions back? Its tax time and I need that info to do my taxes.
