re-enabling bank feed
I am moving from desktop to online and I was given a walk through by a quickbooks expert yesterday. She disabled the bank feed from one of my accounts by accident... but then did not know how to get it back online. I have tried reconnecting, but the accounts are greyed out since they believe they are already connected. I called my bank and they say it is within the quickbooks software. I have called quickbooks but have not gotten any help to reconnect. I was able to download from my bank and import manually, but I don't want to have to continue doing that.
How do I reconnect an account that has been disabled from online banking ? ( easy to do on the desktop... not so easy in the online version!)
