Reconcile

I am trying to reconcile, and I have some items from 2020 showing up that are from a bank account not on my QuickBooks account, none of the items showing on the reconcile are from the same bank account and are not listed anywhere on my QuickBooks. I started my QuickBooks in 2023, not 2020. How would these items even show when there is only one bank account connected to my QuickBooks that also opened in 2023?

I suggest you go through your bank register and check if any transactions from the bank account are mistakenly recorded or imported. Look for any transactions that might have been entered with incorrect dates or assigned to the wrong bank account.
