I can help you with reconciling your bank account, @luisdy.

It's possible that those missing transactions we're not categorized or matched yet. Or, if the transactions has been reconciled manually.

First, try to check the filter that you set. Make sure to click on All beside the filter icon. Also, make sure to set the filter to include all the transactions. Check the screenshot below.

Also, make sure to categorize or match all those transactions. Then, check if it's manually reconciled in the register. For more information about categorizing, matching, adding, or viewing multiple matches, check out this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Follow these steps on how to check manually reconciled transactions:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping or Accounting and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the bank and then click the View register link.
  3. Select the funnel icon and filter it by Reconcile StatusTransaction TypePayee, and Date.
  4. Click on Apply.
  5. Find the transaction and check if you see the letter R under the Reconcile Status (indicated by a checkmark) column. This means Reconciled.
