Reconciliation

I'm not able to reconcile, no data is available when I click "we can help you fix it".  Not sure how to handle this.

 

Your account isn't ready to reconcile yet. Your beginning balance is off by -$170.00.  We can help you fix it.

I'll share an article with a video clip to guide you in troubleshooting the wrong beginning balance. You can view it on your phone if your computer is restricted from playing videos.
