Reconciliation reports not displaying uncleared transactions

Is anyone else having issues with their reconciliation reports not displaying uncleared transactions? I noticed this issue yesterday on the credit card reconciliations for a couple of my clients.

We've already received reported cases regarding the missing uncleared transactions from reconciliation reports. Currently, we're still in the process of gathering more data from affected users.

 

In the meantime, I recommend utilizing a private window when generating the report to isolate browser-related issues. It usually causes unexpected behavior when navigating through QuickBooks Online.

 

You can follow these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

Once it works, clear the cache from your regular browser to refresh the website's preferences. Also, use a supported browser for the best and most secure experience.

 

However, you can contact our Customer Support Team to be added to the list of affected users if the issue persists. This also allows you to receive timely updates via email.

I unreconciled and reconciled using an incognito browser and that did not solve the issue.
