reconnect bank accounts to QBO

Why is QBO keep saying I need to reconnect my banks account to QBO?  Never had a problem with this before.  I had to do it 3 or 4 times yesterday (or more I lost count) and first thing when I signed in this morning.

It's saying to reconnect again right now. 

The code is

I want to make sure you're able to successfully connect to your bank in QuickBooks Online.

 

According to the Community article, "Error 350 happens when the connection to your bank or credit card account expires or gets updated by your bank. Some banks require you to reconnect every 90 days, while others only need updates every 18 months."

 

To resolve the error you'll need to reconnect your bank. Here's how to get this done:

 

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select the bank or credit card account you want to reconnect.
3. Choose Edit, then select Edit sign in info.
4. Confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
5. Select Save and connect. Note: You’ll see a Connection Complete and transactions updated! prompt if you reconnect successfully.
6. Click Close X.
