recording deposits

I am recording deposits into QB.  I have entered all deposits, then I click save and close.  It goes to the top of the screen to tell me "Something's not quite right".  How do I figure out what is not quite right?

That's one of those great error messages that leaves you scratching your head...

 

Since you said it was a Deposit, was it done through the Undeposited Funds Acct?  Or should it have been done through that Acct?  You often see that error if there was a change to the transaction.  You might also see it if you made a change to the Accounts Receivable Acct that QBs doesn't understand. 

 

What Acct was the Deposit linked to?  Anything out of the norm when you made this deposit vs. others?

 

Also, sometimes this error comes up because of a Browser Error and has nothing really to do with your Deposit.  Try removing the Deposit and closing QBs.  Then launch your Browser in Incognito Mode and go back to QBs and try the Deposit again.
