Thanks for following up with the Community, @userpsheward.

Firstly, could you please provide me with more details regarding the transaction you are referring to that seems to be stuck on an old date? This will help me to better understand the issue and provide you with the appropriate solutions.

In the meantime, let's try some troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue is related to your browser. To begin with, please open an incognito window to prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, you can use any other supported, up-to-date browser to ensure the best experience with QuickBooks.

I would also like to share this article with you that will help you get a list of all your recurring transactions and the accounts they are linked to in QBO: Review your recurring transactions

Please keep me posted on how the troubleshooting steps go. I want to make sure you're all set. In case you still need my assistance, don't hesitate to post again. I'd be glad to help you more, @userpsheward.
