Resolving Data Transfer Issues for Transactions with a Single Bank Credit Card

I'm integrating Bank of America with QuickBooks, and among three checking accounts and three credit cards, data sync is happening for all but one credit card for the past six months. I had reissued and reconnected that credit card during that time. I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.

Hello there, Jed. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure your Bank of America credit card account syncs in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before that, have you encountered an error message when syncing your credit card account in QBO? If so, we'd appreciate it if you could share it with us so we can perform the appropriate troubleshooting for the issue.

In the meantime, you can click the Update button to manually download the transactions. Then, check your bank's website for any messages, notifications, or alerts. For further details, please see this article: What to do if you can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer service team. This way, they can determine the root cause of the problem and initiate an investigation when necessary.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Moreover, it's a good practice to reconcile your accounts in QBO to ensure your transactions match your bank statements.

Feel free to reach out to the Community to ask for assistance regarding your bank transactions. We're always open to guide you further. Take care.
