Scheduled payments through Bill Pay

I have scheduled for a bill payment through online QB and I states that in can cancel the payment up to a pacific date. It doesn't give the options to edit, so does that mean if I need to make any adjustments I have to cancel this payment and re-enter it in or is there an edit option?

You're correct, scheduled bill payments will have to be cancelled if changes are necessary. You can only cancel a scheduled payment before 12:00 AM PST on its withdrawal date. This date can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after you'd scheduled your transaction.

 

Here's how to cancel a scheduled payment:
 

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Expenses, then Bills.
  2. Click Show Bill Pay payments.
  3. Find and choose your transaction from the list.
  4. Hit its View details option.
  5. Select Cancel this payment.
