Aside from searching, you can ask a question and receive thorough instructions to resolve your QuickBooks-related issues by posting it here in the Community, Stacy.

I recognize that you need a "how to" article that will assist you in recording your revenue. However, the Community page only allows you to add filters for each product type. The system presents results based on the keywords or phrases you type into the search window. Steps are offered in the majority of related links and answered posts to assist users with navigating.

You might want to post the details of your concern here and I'll ensure to respond with precise, clear, and simple-to-follow instructions.

If your current issue is recording your revenue/income, the procedure will vary depending on the accounting method you utilize in your company. You can create a sales receipt if your customer pays at the time of purchase or create an invoice if this will be paid at a later time. For additional guidance, you can reach out to your accountant.

Moreover, you'll want to run income reports to see your company's revenue and expenses. To do so, go to Run basic financial reports of this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please know that the Community is always open if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'm just a post away to assist. Have a good one.
