I'll share some information about bank transfer payment in QuickBooks, @mahoneyprojectso.
I know how important your money is to you, particularly during this pandemic, but don't worry, we can work together and find out what's happening.
If your business is fresh to our QuickBooks Payments feature, the ACH payments will take a bit longer during your first month. Some banks process the amount within five days or more than ten days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while setting up the feature.
After the first month, we'll process your payments at the regular deposit time. If you're using a next-day deposit, ensure to process the payments before 3 PM PT. This way, the amount will deposit to your bank account in the next business days.
Here's the schedule table for your reference:
But if your account is already old, I'd recommend checking the payment status by following the steps below:
If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. To fix this, check your email with steps to fix the issue. For more information, check out this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
I've also added articles about payment fees, fixing hold accounts, and other relevant matters.
