Since the instant deposit feature was introduced bank transfers are purposefully taking longer putting profit ahead of customer needs. Our money is now held hostage.WHY?

All bank transfer are now taking 5 days whereas they use to take 1 or 2. It infuriates me to see reminders “get your money now” for a fee, just because. It’s not right.

I can share some information about your Merchant funds. The posting of the payments may vary depending on the time of day the transactions were created. Also, the bank they are deposited matters with how long it takes for them to verify and process electronic deposits.

 

Additionally, there are instances when payments are taking longer than usual because the might be on hold for verification. For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take a bit longer to process while we set everything up. Learn how long it takes to get customer payments into your bank account.
