I'm here to provide some info and how to transfer your bank deposits over to QuickBooks, @mbruce01.
Once your bank account is connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads your bank deposits. If some didn't transfer to QuickBooks, we can manually refresh the bank feed to download the latest transactions.
Here’s how:
Log in to your account.
On the left panel, select Banking.
At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
Wait until the update is done.
If the issue persists, you can manually upload your transactions in QuickBooks. First, sign in to your bank or credit card’s website. Then, follow your bank’s instructions on how to download transactions to your computer.
To complete the process, please follow the steps below:
In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then choose the Banking tab.
Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
Choose the Link account▼ dropdown and then Upload from file.
Click Browse and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
In the QuickBooksaccount▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then click Next.
Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next.
Select Yes.
When you're ready, click Let's go.
