Question

Some of my transactions are not showing up. Like I pay for stuff and it doesn't even pop up in "For Review." I don't have any rules setup. How can I fix this?

Hi there, @usercarterdivinemm.

 

I've got some instructions to provide on what to do if transactions aren't showing to be reviewed in QuickBooks Online.

 

Once you haven't seen any entries in the system's For Review tab, I suggest updating your account manually. This refreshes the connection between the bank and QBO.

 

To do that:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the left pane.
  2. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Click on Update.

 

However, if the issue persists after running the update, I recommend contacting your financial institution. This is to verify if they have any ongoing system maintenance that's causing the interruption since QBO is dependent on the transactions transmitted from your bank.
